Three ways to keep learning

Role-based learning that respects your expertise and your time.

Adult Learning Division

Training adults actually remember.

To build training that adults actually remember. We bring the same craft to the people who serve and lead, designing role-based learning that respects their expertise and their time. It is narrative-built, task-proven, and shaped to the real work rather than the abstract idea.

People make meaning through narrative long after they have outgrown fairy tales. The Adult Learning Division is built on that: role-based training that carries a professional through their own responsibilities, their own decisions, their own screens, and proves they can do the work rather than merely recall it. Training that respects their expertise and their time. No fairies. The same wonder.

Who's behind the Academy

Two founders who pair deep teaching instincts with an operator's discipline.

Tamara Cook

Founder & co-owner

Tamara spent seventeen years in operations and program management, earning an MBA, a PMP certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, before turning that discipline toward how people learn. She builds learning that is warm in the room and precise in the planning book.

Alexandra Landoe

Co-founder & co-owner

Alexandra holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and is a U.S. Army veteran with nearly a decade in operations, logistics, and program leadership. She has coordinated teams of hundreds and built the systems that keep them running, and she brings that same rigor to training grown-ups actually remember.

"Real learning happens in the space between two people who trust each other."
